Delivery time

All of our pieces are handmade to order in a workshop in Arbroath and as such there is a lead time of up to 4 weeks unless specified otherwise on the listing.

UK domestic shipping

All items are shipped first class recorded or special delivery with Royal Mail (£5.55 - £6.85). First class recorded delivery gives a tracking number which can tell you if and when the Royal Mail have attempted delivery with your parcel. First class recorded does not give you insight into what day or time your parcel will be delivered, but usually it is within 1-2 days from posting.

Please note most jewellery is made to order meaning the delivery lead times are from when the piece is finished & despatched, not from when you place the order.


Returns Policy

7 Days to Return

Coastal Jewellery has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. *This excludes some items, please see below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Please send returns first class recorded delivery to ensure they are tracked & signed for when returned. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Personalised jewellery is excluded from the above return policy due to personalised nature of the work, meaning it cannot be re-sold. Personalised jewellery with any spelling mistakes are not legible for a refund, please check your spelling before purchasing. Earrings are also excluded due to hygiene reasons. Please bare this in mind when purchasing personalised jewellery or earrings. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds & Store Credit


We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. We can offer store credit or a refund depending on circumstances regarding your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refunds.
